This is the original shape of the Laguiole knife with a strong punch.
The blade is made using original dies and doesn’t have a kick, the tip rests on the bolster. This allows extensive sharpening without the tip overhanging out of the handle once folded (proud tip).

XC75 stainless steel bourbon blade, satin finish and slip joint mechanism.
Forged backsping, polished, with smooth “mouche” and lanyard hole on the back.
