The Eustache knife was created in 1789, year of the French revolution, by Eustache Benoit, a cutler from Saint Etienne.
This re-edition is a friction folder, uses NOS parts and his true to the original shape and size.
Boxwood handle with a long metal sleeve on top, decorated in the French revolution theme.
XC75 carbon steel clip point blade, silver coated, satin finish. The blades come from a NOS stock and are numbered.
Handle: 5.02in (12.75cm).

Blade thickness at ricasso: 0.1in (2.5mm)
Handle thickness: 0.71in (18mm) on the silver jacket/bolster
